Terms and Conditions

  • A cooler bag deposit of AED 100 is due upon signing up, this amount is to be returned within 30 days of your last subscription; should we not receive the cooler bags in due time, the deposit will be forgone. Cooler bags and all ice packs must be returned on the same day of delivery at the same place for collection.

  • Full payment is due prior to the first day of delivery.

  • Payments are non-refundable and will be treated in accordance with consumer protection laws and policies in Dubai, UAE.

  • Your subscription is valid for a period of 60 days from your package start date.

  • Any changes including cancellation, changes of delivery times and address, or menu and meals, must be notified 72 hours in advance. Late request may not be accommodated, or additional charges might apply.
